Meaning
A worthless, good-for-nothing man — a layabout with no ambition, no job, and no use to anybody, who 'wastes' his life and everyone's time. A cutting insult for a man seen as a failure or a mere burden, 'waste man' condemns him as a waste of space. The female or general equivalent is 'wutliss' (worthless).
