Meaning
A lush, mountainous parish on the north-east coast, its capital Port Antonio — famed as the most scenic and rain-fed part of Jamaica, the birthplace of jerk cooking (in the Boston Bay area), and a place of rivers, waterfalls, and the Blue Mountains. One of the island's fourteen parishes.
