Meaning
Extremely, helplessly drunk — wrecked, falling-down intoxicated. It joins 'mash-up' (broken, ruined, wrecked) with 'drunk' to paint someone so far gone they can barely stand, speak, or find their way home, ruined by the liquor. The top rung of the Jamaican ladder of drunkenness, well beyond merely 'drunk' or 'tipsy', it names the state of a person utterly overcome by rum or beer, a wreck of themselves.
