Meaning
Meditation and deep spiritual reflection, in Rastafari 'Iyaric' speech — 'meditation' reshaped so the sacred 'I' sound replaces the 'me'. It is part of a whole vocabulary in which Rastafari remould English words to remove negativity and exalt the divine 'I' (as in 'overstand' for understand).
