Meaning
Sores or a scabby, eruptive skin condition — rough, crusty, itchy patches and sores on the skin, especially on a child. 'Cro-cro' is a folk name for such skin trouble, in the same family as craw-craw, and to say someone is 'full a cro-cro' is to say their skin is broken out in sores. The word is also used loosely and unkindly of anyone with rough, unhealthy-looking skin.
