Meaning
The selector's move of stopping a hot tune and spinning the record back ('wheeling') to play it from the top again, in response to a rapturous crowd — the reggae/dancehall 'rewind'. 'Wheel an come again!' is shouted by the crowd (or the deejay) demanding a replay of a tune that just 'mash up di place'. A cornerstone of sound-system culture.
