Meaning
A drug pusher or dealer — one who sells drugs on the street. More loosely, 'pusha' can name anyone hard-selling or aggressively pushing goods on people. The Patois form of 'pusher', it belongs chiefly to the street and underground vocabulary of the drug trade, and it is documented here for comprehension. It carries a note of the hustle and the danger of that world, naming the one who moves the product, and it turns up in dancehall's tales of the streets, the trade, and the risks that come with them.
