Meaning
A man's mistress — the woman he keeps 'outside' of his home and marriage, in a long-running affair separate from his wife or main household. Her children by him are 'outside children' (outside-pickney). More established than a casual 'side ting', the outside woman is a familiar figure in the frank Jamaican vocabulary of relationships and the double lives some men lead.
