Meaning
Worthless; of no value, standing, or reputation — 'of no account'. A 'no-count' person is disreputable and not to be respected or relied on; a 'no-count' thing is shoddy and useless. It dismisses someone or something as not worth counting or considering, close in force to 'wutliss' and 'good-fi-nuttn'.
