Meaning
A mouse (and sometimes a small rat) — the little household rodent that raids the kitchen and gnaws through things. 'Mus-mus' is a warm, everyday word, common in proverb and children's talk, as in 'fire deh a mus-mus tail' (danger is upon you unawares).
