Meaning
The man at a bus or taxi park whose job is to 'load' the vehicles — rounding up passengers, calling the route, and filling each bus or taxi so it can leave, for a small fee from the driver. A hustling fixture of the transport centre, the loader keeps the buses moving and the park noisy.
