Meaning
A blabbermouth — a person who talks too much, can't keep a secret, and runs their mouth spreading everybody's business. From 'labba-labba' (idle, excessive chatter), a 'labba-mout' is not to be trusted with anything private, because whatever you tell them, the whole district soon knows.
