A derogatory insult for a woman, literally 'dirty girl' — implying she is unclean, of low morals, or promiscuous. It is demeaning and offensive. Note that 'dutty' (dirty) is also used in the opposite, admiring dancehall sense of 'raw/wicked' (as in 'dutty wine'), so tone and context matter.
