Meaning
A grove or planting of coffee trees, using the rural sense of 'walk' as a cultivated grove of one crop (as in 'mango walk', 'ackee walk'). In the Blue Mountains and other hills, tending the coffee walk — weeding, picking the ripe red berries, and drying them on the barbecue — is a mainstay of country livelihood.
