Meaning
A casual check-in greeting meaning 'are you okay/are you doing alright', asked with rising intonation. Unlike English 'you good?', it doubles as both a hello and a genuine welfare inquiry, and can also be a reassurance meaning 'you're fine / no problem' depending on tone.
