Trickify

adjective TRIK-i-fy ˈtrɪkɪfaɪ

Also spelled tricky-fy, trickyfy

Tricky, cunning, and deceptive — given to tricks and sly manoeuvres. A 'trickify' person can't be trusted straight; they scheme, twist things, and try to catch you out. Close to being a 'ginnal' (con man), it describes someone whose dealings are full of cunning and hidden angles.

  • Watch him, him trickify.

Watch him; he's cunning and tricky.

  • Di deal look trickify to mi.

The deal looks shifty to me.

From 'tricky' + '-fy'; cunning/deceptive. See [[ginnal]], [[ginnalship]].

Tricky/cunning/deceptive; scheming. See [[ginnal]], [[ginnalship]], [[samfie]].
