A hard-driving style of roots reggae drumming that emerged in the mid-1970s (a busier, more militant evolution of the 'one drop'), and the whole roots-reggae scene and film culture around it — from the classic 1978 film 'Rockers'. To greet with 'rockers!' hails a fellow reggae lover.
