Murderation

noun mur-da-RAY-shan mʌdaˈreːʃan

Also spelled murderashan, murda-ration

A total, crushing victory or an overwhelming hit — something so powerful it 'murders' all competition. In a sound clash, the tune or dubplate that destroys the rival is 'murderation'; a song that dominates the dance is 'pure murderation'. Despite the violent word, it is a term of high praise for something devastatingly good.
