Meaning
Very small, or in tiny amounts — the reduplication of 'likkle' (little), which can either stress how small something is or spread the meaning to 'little by little, in small bits'. So 'likkle-likkle pickney' means very small children, while to do something 'likkle-likkle' is to do it a little at a time. The doubling both intensifies and distributes, a common Patois use of reduplication.
