Meaning
The back of the heel — the area behind the heel and the tendon above it (the Achilles). 'Di shoe a bite mi heel-back' means the shoe is rubbing the back of the heel raw, a common complaint from stiff new shoes. It is the spot that blisters, cracks in dry weather, and gets 'bitten' by ill-fitting footwear.
