Meaning
'Carry on strong' — an encouragement to keep going, stay firm, and push through. Literally 'go on strong', it is what you say to someone facing a struggle or grinding at a goal: hold your ground, don't let up. Kin to 'big up yuh chest' and 'tough up yuh face', it rallies pride and resolve.
