Meaning
A rich, creamy drink made by blending Guinness stout with condensed milk, evaporated milk, nutmeg, vanilla, and sometimes oats. Dark, sweet, and mildly boozy, it is another of the Jamaican 'strength' punches — popular at parties and reputed to build vigour and stamina.
