Meaning
A dark, cured tobacco leaf, crumbled and mixed with ganja in a spliff to make it burn slower and hit harder. 'Grabba leaf' is sold in small pieces at the shop and is a common part of herb-smoking culture, added to a spliff for a stronger, longer smoke.
