Meaning
Open-weave 'fishnet' fabric — worn as a man's mesh vest ('fishnet marina') to stay cool in the heat, and as women's fishnet stockings/tops in dancehall fashion. Also, literally, the net a fisherman casts. In the dance, bright fishnet is part of the bold self-styling of the scene.
