Meaning
To drive a vehicle — but in Jamaica this conjures the wild, fast, horn-blaring style of the roads, where 'cowboy' minibus and taxi drivers overtake with abandon. To 'drive weh' is to speed off. 'Drive out' can also mean to go out for a leisurely spin.
