Meaning
In everyday phone talk, credit is prepaid airtime — the balance you 'top up' to make calls and buy data on a pay-as-you-go 'celly'. To be 'out of credit' is to have no talk time left; to 'send mi a credit' is to ask someone to transfer some. (Separately, buying goods 'on credit' or 'on trus' at the shop keeps the older sense of deferred payment.)
