Meaning
A Rastafari elder of the Nyabinghi order — the most orthodox and traditional house of Rastafari — and especially one who plays the sacred hand drums and chants at the Nyabinghi 'grounation'. The binghi man keeps the ancient ways, the drumming, the chanting, and the reasoning, and is respected as a bearer of the movement's deepest roots.
