Meaning
An upset stomach — a stomach-ache, indigestion, or the runs. To 'have bad-belly' is to feel sick in the gut, often after eating something that disagreed with you. The classic home fix is a 'bush tea' (mint, cerasee, ginger) to settle it, or a 'wash out' if it is really bad.
