Meaning
Everything is going well and coming to fruition — all is prosperous, sweet, and in season. A bright, upbeat way of saying that life is good and things are working out nicely, it draws its picture from an orchard where every fruit has ripened to perfect readiness, so that there is abundance and enjoyment all round. To say 'all fruits ripe' is to declare that conditions are ideal, fortune is smiling, and everything a person could want is coming good at once.
