Meaning
A bald head, or a person with one — the 'shine' being the gleam of a hairless scalp. Usually teasing or descriptive rather than cruel, 'shine head' points out baldness the way 'picky-picky' points at rough, uncombed hair or 'egghead' at a smooth crown. A bald man might be nicknamed for it in good humour.
