Meaning
One who 'shells' the dance — dominates and destroys it with hot tunes and energy. To 'shell' (like a bombshell) a party or a clash is to blow it up and take it over; a 'shella' is the selector or artist who does exactly that. 'Shella!' is also a shout of hype.
