'That there' — a pointing demonstrative singling out a specific thing or person a little away from the speaker: 'dat deh one', 'gi mi dat deh'. 'Deh' (there) adds the pointing force. Pairs with 'dis yah' (this here) and pluralises as 'dem deh' (those there).
