Meaning
Behaving improperly — rude, disrespectful, out of line, or doing something wrong and unfair. To be 'outta order' is to cross a line of decency or fairness: cutting a queue, disrespecting an elder, cheating someone, or carrying on badly. 'Dat outta order' condemns an action as plainly wrong.
