Meaning
Go away! — a sharp dismissal telling someone to clear off or leave you alone, and also an exclamation of scornful disbelief, like 'get outta here!' or 'you don't say!' To tell someone 'guh weh' is to send them off, brush them aside, or reject what they are saying as nonsense or flattery. Said with a suck-teeth it is pure dismissal; said with a laugh it shrugs off a compliment or a tall tale. It is a close cousin of plain 'gweh'.
