Meaning
A Rastafari holy gathering of drumming, chanting, dancing, reasoning, and celebration, often lasting through the night or several days. Grounation Day (21 April) also marks Emperor Haile Selassie I's 1966 visit to Jamaica, a sacred date in the faith.
