Meaning
In Rastafari speech, a person who does not wear dreadlocks — and, more pointedly, one who is not a Rasta and who upholds the ways of 'Babylon' (the corrupt establishment). From the Wailers' 'Crazy Baldhead', it names the unconverted, close-cropped conformist as opposed to the 'natty' or 'dread'. Outside Rasta usage, it also plainly means a bald-headed person.
