Meaning
A worthless, useless man — a good-for-nothing with no ambition, reliability, or purpose. It is a blunt, cutting insult for someone who wastes his own life and everyone else's time, contributes nothing, and can be counted on for nothing. Close to 'wutliss' and 'buguyaga', it is thrown at the idle, the feckless, and the untrustworthy, and it has spread into wider diaspora slang as a general put-down for a man judged to be of no account.
