Meaning
A poor, struggling person — one of the downtrodden masses who bear the weight of poverty and hardship, yet endure with dignity. 'Sufferer' is a key word of Rasta and reggae consciousness, naming the oppressed ghetto poor with sympathy and solidarity rather than contempt, and 'sufferation' is the whole condition of that hardship.
