Meaning
There is someone (or something) out there for everyone — every person will find their match. The image is of the old farming hoe: for every hoe blade there is a fitting wooden handle ('stick') somewhere in the bush. Most often said about love and relationships: no matter how unlikely, everybody has a partner suited to them.
